Constellation Theatre Co. is an incorporated worker co-operative. This means our performers, artistic team, and crew are not only collaborators but also members and co-owners of the company. While we are not a registered non-profit, we operate with a non-profit spirit: at the end of each production, after expenses are covered, 60% of the remaining surplus is reinvested into future programming and infrastructure, and 40% is shared among members according to their level of participation.
